Anthony Lamar – Office Administrator/Marketing Coordinator

Anthony Lamar is the office administrator for THE NAVARRO GROUP.  Anthony assists Maggie in coordinating buyer and seller files, sets inspection and showing appointments, and manages the office systems.

            He also deals with the marketing of the properties from ad placement and coordination to managing and updating the website.

Anthony assists our buyers in scheduling property previews.  Once in escrow, he coordinates the buyer’s inspections and paperwork.

            Anthony further assists Maggie with the assembly of the competitive market analysis and marketing materials, placing listings in the multiple listing service and internet, coordinating the production of the property brochure and scheduling appointments for broker tours, open houses and previews.  Once in escrow, Anthony assists our sellers by coordinating inspections and escrow paperwork.

 

 

 

Yvette Leos – Escrow Coordinator

            As Escrow Coordinator, Yvette opens escrow, contacts buyer’s lender and is responsible for the Broker file.  Her responsibilities include making sure that disclosures are signed correctly, contingencies are met, and all paperwork is completed in a timely manner.  Yvette is in constant communication with the agent, escrow and the lender to ensure a smooth closing for each file.
