 The City of Pasadena and neighboring cities is very careful with the beautiful, old historic homes in the area and Maggie has shown that she has the knowledge to guide buyer or seller through the process of city regulations and standards. MAGGIE NAVARRO IS ABOVE AND BEYOND!

We are writing this review from our new house in Pasadena and wanted to say a word about what a wonderful professional Maggie Navarro is.  As they say at the Oscars, we couldn't have done it without her!  Her work with us truly was above and beyond.  We came to Maggie in mid-October with a tight deadline which she made with weeks to spare.  After talking to and listening to us, using pictures of our current home as a guide, Maggie showed us eight great houses.  On our own, we might have found such pretty properties but what was invaluable was Maggie's knowledge of the neighborhoods and even streets.  Not only have we ended up with a lovely home, but also one, because of location, with a strong resale value.

Closing the sale is only the beginning with Maggie.  As she shepherded us through the labyrinth of financial hurdles, she also found us a staff of excellent craftsman to complete the renovations.  She even helped us pick out the paint colors and floor stain.  The result is a fresh and mod look to a renovated bungalow done on time for the late December move.   Can you imagine?  A house project without drama!  She and assistant Liz are always ready to help in a warm and welcoming way--with advice from bidding strategies to a green dry cleaner.  We feel at home in our new house and our new town--thanks to Team Navarro!
